Making biltong as a hobby has given me a new purposse in live with the creation of delicios biltong to be enjoyed. Constant testing of differnent spice and additives will result in only the best tasting biltong to be produced for your pleasure and enjoyment anytime in a year. During hunting seasons I will also produce tasty and delicios venison biltong.
